Flying Squirrel automatically calculates U.S. Postal Service and UPS shipping costs for you. The shipping costs are based on your country and zip code location. You can use the Shipping Estimator to calculate your shipping costs once you have items in your shopping cart.

Please note:

• Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
• The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. We also offer USPS Parcel, Priority and Express.
• We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

UPS 2nd Day Air	Delivery by the end of the second business day. (Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.)
Next Day Air	Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

International Shipping & Handling

Canada

UPS Standard	Canada, 7 - 10 business days
UPS Worldwide Expedited	Delivery typically within two business days to most destinations in Canada.

For all Canadian shipments, Flying Squirrel will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.

All Other Countries

International	shipped via regular mail, 10 - 14 business days anywhere in the world
UPS Worldwide Expedited	Delivery typically within three business days to Mexico. Delivery typically within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe. Delivery typically within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America.

Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Flying Squirrel will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Flying Squirrel will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Flying Squirrel will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Flying Squirrel will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Also Note

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. All Express Mail and UPS orders are waived from signature unless otherwise instructed via comments in your order form, by email or phone.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
